Love My Butler. It’s such a well thought out service: pop my clothes in the right bag > drop it outside my front door for pickup. They drop it back washed and folded (even the socks grouped together!) and they’re clean, fresh and ready to wear.They’ve always been on time and the no-contact service is perfect during covid times.

I am having an amazing experience with this Company. I get a Y/N for pick up text message every Sunday, and they pick up and drop off my dry cleaning within 48 hours. My Butler provided me with bags for my different needs - drycleaning; wash and iron; wash and fold; ironing only, etc. So convenient and reliable! I am really happy with this service and would recommend it to anyone interested.

My Butler is a fantastic service.. we send out shirts, our sheets, jumpers and lately a couple of prams for cleaning by them.Pick up from our front door is reliable, as is drop off 48 hours later.My Butler is very good value, on par with your average dry cleaner, but they are far from average - offering a wide range of available services by delivery.Support queries are also dealt with within hours, not days, and everyone we have liaised with has a friendly, positive, can do attitude.Thanks a lot.

Top customer service. There was a little hiccup at the start to do with the quality of folding but i contacted the company about it and they were quick to listen, suggest solutions, and followed through. The next load was fine. I appreciate this kind of people- and solutions-focussed service a lot.The app is great and the sms reminder options are helpful to me as well.We live in a tricky spot with ongoing intercom issues so it's a relief that the delivery team is flexible and helpful about where they drop it off and collect it from.Pleasure to use this business.

Excellent idea for a shirt ironing and dry cleaning service. Never a dry clean worry with these pros. Always polite, friendly, and on time. Even when we as customers have stuffed up (sometimes my wife or I forget to put a bag out for a scheduled pickup), they are always understanding and friendly. Clothes are fresh, smell good and sometimes when we get it is still warm- nice to put it on during winter. Clothes are fold nicely and neatly. For busy household, Shirt Butler is way to go. They are professional. They pick up and deliver it back to you on time. Communication skills are great. We will always use them to get our clothes sorted. They are awesome!!!

I cannot say enough about The Shirt Butler. They have made our lives so much easier and the service they provide is outstanding. My family uses them predominantly for ironing and dry cleaning (occasionally washing and ironing) and I've found their fees to be exceptionally reasonable if not cheaper than other competitors. I've provided them a few stubborn garments that are difficult to iron (due to thick fabric) and they did a great job - much better than my local dry cleaner (who also charged me an arm and a leg to do it!). I now send them all of mine and my husband's ironing as well as our dry cleaning. They've done a fantastic job dry cleaning my garments and I don't think I'll ever use the local dry cleaner again. Service is also great; due to certain circumstances we missed one of our pick- ups and the driver called me straightaway and set up another pick up time. It was so helpful. I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone.

This has been a game-changer for us with the mountain of laundry that is generated from having three small children and my husband who needs business shirts ironed. Just dump it all out the front of your door one (or two) mornings a week and it's all back washed, folded, ironed or dry cleaned two days later. The service is super personal as well and they actually care.

Easy to use, great price point, good customer service.We started using The Shirt Butler as a once-a-month alternative to our communal laundry, where it feels like our clothes come out dirtier than they go in. The Shirt Butler is honestly not costing us a lot more, and our clothes come back fresh and folded.We had a slight hiccup with our second order where we were not supplied with bag tags and therefore didn't receive our delivery as expected. However, the team was very helpful when I called, the issue was resolved quickly and our clothes arrived home safe and sound. Highly recommend.

These guys are amazing. Laundry is picked and dropped off like clockwork. They were a real game changer for me when I returned to work from maternity leave. I wish I could outsource other housework to them. And their customer service is amazing - they have happily offered me out of cycle pick ups and drop offs when I’ve forgotten to put the laundry out in the agreed spot. I wish other local businesses were as helpful!!

This service is excellent, efficient, precise, good at the actual washing/ironing. So far, all our items have been returned on time and never got lost or mixed up and we've been using this service for over a year. Besides, they pick up and deliver which is great for us as we are a busy family. I'd recommend it to anyone who is looking for a reliable laundry service.
