Love the messaging aspect where MBS reminds me of when a pickup is due the day before, and also about an hour before the van arrives which is fantastic. In addition I receive a msg when when the finished ironing is about to be delivered. Cost is very reasonable and the ironing itself is excellent standard..

They are super professional, prompt, great quality of ironing and they offer a wide range of services if needed - ironing, wash and fold, and dry cleaning. So a one stop shop for all my laundry needs. Pick up and deliver within 48 hours and you get uniquely tagged bags to use for pick and delivery. Signing up is easy and communication spot on. The price is competitive for the quality of the service! I am a very happy customer!

I had a great experience with My Butler. I had a difficult to clean expensive goat leather jacket and I thought it was ruined for good. Although the first dry clean didnt work as the stains were too heavy, Aaron the owner went way above and beyond what would be expected and I cant thank him enough.The jacket is good as new now after a lot of effort on their part and it is a very personal service! Highly recommend!

Honestly these guys are phenomenal, the service is fantastic, the turn around times are fantastic, and the way my washing comes back folded is insanely good! It’s ironed in the neatest compact pile you’ll ever see!We used them when our washing machine broke, and there that good and affordable I use them now more then I do washing! It’s worth it!

So reliable! Every week I send off my bed linen, dry cleaning etc and it’s back within two days. If there are ever any issues (which is rare) they respond immediately. Great service! Absolutely amazing service, and we’ve come to completely depend on them. Great communication - both on pickup days and if you have any issues. Clothes are beautifully finished - ironed or folded. What I love the most is that there’s a separate bag for things that can’t go in a big dryer, but that don’t need to be dry-cleaned - as well as specialty cleaning for blankets & doonas & cushions & pet beds (you name it - they can sort it out). My only wish is for an extra pickup day!

Love this service. It has honestly alleviated so much time and stress. We used to pile things up for the dry cleaner and then begrudgingly lug it over there. Forget to pick it up before closing and then my husband would end up knocking on their door at 7am needing a business shirt for that day!! Life as two busy professionals with two small children! I love the text prompt Shirt Butler sends the night before pick up and the reliable, no-fuss pick up and delivery. We've been using it for at least six months and love it. I started using the service during the rainy days in Sydney, but I kept coming back every week as it takes away the big work out of my weekly chore and the quality of each laundries are just amazing! The laundries are usually still warm, have fresh scent and all folded neatly so I can put straight away into my drawers. Now well into their 80's and still living happily at home, it was time for my parents to start enjoying the lifestyle that they had earned from a life of hard work and raising a family. Laundry was one of the things that we decided could best be done by an expert. After some time reviewing various providers, we settled on My Butler. There was no need to make an ongoing commitment and their pricing seemed reasonable. We decided to give them a try. I created an account for my parents and we placed an initial order for a wash and fold service. The items were collected promptly, they were washed professionally, folded perfectly and returned on time just two days later. It's been that way ever since. Needless to say my parents decided that this was the company that they'd stick with going forward. My mother was a little skeptical at first but now she's a big fan. My father who used to hang up the washing on the line is very happy that he no longer has to do this. It's been a very positive experience and I know that my parents would have no hesitation in recommending the My Butler service to anyone in the same position.

Of course the cleaning is great, either via dry clean or just wash, the ironing is perfect. But the service is amazing - from the weekly text that you reply Y or N. To the colour coded bags. The front door pickup and drop off and the very friendly staff and drivers.I have been using them for over 6 months now and I’ve never had an issue and have been very happy with the service.I used to get hassled because I waited so long to get my suit dry cleaned, I hated the pickup and drop off and missing garments, little pieces of paper and staples all over the place - not any more.

Absolutely brilliant. We've used laundry services in the past, but My Butler Service has to be the best service out there. They pick up and drop off to your door, and the washing is returned spotless every time. There's no scent (perfect for us with sensitive skin) other than clean clothes, and the turn around time is so quick. They offer so many services, they really do take care of everything.

I have continued using the Butler Service through all Covid times. I have no concerns re safety as they deliver to my front door, plus I consulted my scientist husband and doctor son and they agreed the safety and way the business protocols are so strict there is no issue with what ever variant is out there. The communication is excellent and now they have expanded into so many other areas - curtain cleaning etc Beautiful attention to detail - very professional and affordable. I have all bedding done by them and will outsource more when I need. Extremely well run team - they gave me back my weekends. I highly recommend The Butler Service - by the way they do everything - towels, drycleaning, ironing and all my bedding - quick turn around - it couldn't be made easier and very good value. I even have my dog blankets washed by them ( they use different machines for that type of thing) nothing is a trouble - have had customers curtains done - I am a renovation coordinator so using them for clients as well. Take a look or call them - they have expanded the service to many other areas and items - Give them a go

In every case they were professional and did an excellent job.In particular I used them for a wedding dress that had significant dark dirt marks that had beenleft for several months. The dress came back spotless with no damage to the crystals stitched into the dress either.I would highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough about The Shirt Butler. They have made our lives so much easier and the service they provide is outstanding. My family uses them predominantly for ironing and dry cleaning (occasionally washing and ironing) and I've found their fees to be exceptionally reasonable if not cheaper than other competitors. I've provided them a few stubborn garments that are difficult to iron (due to thick fabric) and they did a great job - much better than my local dry cleaner (who also charged me an arm and a leg to do it!). I now send them all of mine and my husband's ironing as well as our dry cleaning. They've done a fantastic job dry cleaning my garments and I don't think I'll ever use the local dry cleaner again. Service is also great; due to certain circumstances we missed one of our pick- ups and the driver called me straightaway and set up another pick up time. It was so helpful. I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone.

This has been a game-changer for us with the mountain of laundry that is generated from having three small children and my husband who needs business shirts ironed. Just dump it all out the front of your door one (or two) mornings a week and it's all back washed, folded, ironed or dry cleaned two days later. The service is super personal as well and they actually care.

Easy to use, great price point, good customer service.We started using The Shirt Butler as a once-a-month alternative to our communal laundry, where it feels like our clothes come out dirtier than they go in. The Shirt Butler is honestly not costing us a lot more, and our clothes come back fresh and folded.We had a slight hiccup with our second order where we were not supplied with bag tags and therefore didn't receive our delivery as expected. However, the team was very helpful when I called, the issue was resolved quickly and our clothes arrived home safe and sound. Highly recommend.

This service is excellent, efficient, precise, good at the actual washing/ironing. So far, all our items have been returned on time and never got lost or mixed up and we've been using this service for over a year. Besides, they pick up and deliver which is great for us as we are a busy family. I'd recommend it to anyone who is looking for a reliable laundry service.
