Book a collection through our app or via our website. Please give your items to your concierge before 9:30am ready for our daily weekday collection.
We’ll confirm your booking with an sms message.
Our standard turn around time is next business day as standard.
Pick Up
We collect your garments from your concierge.
An sms message will confirm the successful collection immediately upon completion.
Cleaning
Once back at our facility our expertly trained staff will fulfill your dry cleaning, laundry and ironing orders, using sensitive and environmentally responsible detergents.
All garments are hand inspected prior to delivery.
Automated item tracking provides full accountability for all orders.
Delivery
We deliver back to your concierge the next business day as standard.
Dry cleaning, and ironing items are typically returned on hangers, and laundry orders in your FREE VIP laundry bag.
In the event that we are unable to deliver we will call you for instructions before leaving.
An email will confirm the successful or failed delivery and includes a detailed tax invoice.
