One less thing I need to worry about. And the fact they sms me and ask if there is a pick up, means I don't even need to think about contacting them either. They do it all. The added touches like extra bags and hooks for easy pickup and delivery really streamline the process.But the standout feature is definitely the communication—they keep you updated at every stage, from letting you know when they're close for pickup to when the delivery is on its way. It makes the whole service feel seamless and stress-free.To top it all off, their prices are very competitive. I couldn't recommend My Butler more!

Top notch service, I am very pleased with my first experience with My Butler Service. First of all the convience and the speed: they collect on Thursday in my area and deliver 2 days later on Saturday. Second is that they get you organized after the first delivery: they provide you with dedicated zipped bags for your future orders, segregated by colors depending on whether you will have dry cleaning, wash, iron and folded etc. Last but not least they gave me a nice and solid door metal hanger for my front door so that in future orders I can leave my items to collect hanging from the door and they will deliver and leave them back there. Well done My Butler!

I have been using MyButlerService for a while now and they are great, efficient and their delivery staff are always lovely! What exceeded my expectations is when I forgot my card holder which contained a lot of important cards in my coat’s pocket. I sent them an email the night I realized and they efficiently found the item the next morning! It was even placed inside a secure envelope with a “Safe and Secure” note! This is the only dry cleaning company I would ever trust with my stuff with and I recommend everyone else to do the same!

These guys pick up and deliver usually same time on the same days. You won’t have to leave your stuff out overnight or through the day - if home they will send a text when 5 mins away. Absolutely great service - seems a bit pricey but everything is folded and you are basically outsourcing at least an hour or more housework for a competive price. Thanking you guys

Love the messaging aspect where MBS reminds me of when a pickup is due the day before, and also about an hour before the van arrives which is fantastic. In addition I receive a msg when when the finished ironing is about to be delivered. Cost is very reasonable and the ironing itself is excellent standard..
