I've had nothing but top class service from My Butler Service. Its easy to arrange a pick up, clothes are cleaned to the highest possible standard and returned without fuss. On the very rare occasions anything goes wrong the staff go out of their way to rectify the situation. I could not recommend them more highly.
What an excellent service. Having a doona cover washed and ironed, plus various other items ironed, or drycleaned if requested is so good. It's so easy to leave out for collection Thursday and two days later returned - all done so extremely well. Thank you.
What a service!! Booked with ease Friday, collected Sunday and delivered Tuesday. That was 2x long coats, 1x short coat & 2 mini skirts for dry cleaning. Text & emails updates. And I never had to speak or see anyone! Thank you & I can’t wait for Winter to wear my clothes again!
Fantastic service. Just love it. Have had all my wet weather gear re waterproofed, pick and deliver all my laundry of doonas, dry cleaning, ironing. I just love it. One less thing I need to worry about. And the fact they sms me and ask if there is a pick up, means I don't even need to think about contacting them either. They do it all. Such a great service particularly for busy families.
Very happy with the results of dry cleaning a linen sofa cover and the linen cushion covers. Timely, swift service and very clear communication and quick hassle free honest dealings with phone contact and driver who picked up and delivered our linen covers. Most stains and marks removed. Very very impressed with my butler!

Top notch service, I am very pleased with my first experience with My Butler Service. First of all the convience and the speed: they collect on Thursday in my area and deliver 2 days later on Saturday. Second is that they get you organized after the first delivery: they provide you with dedicated zipped bags for your future orders, segregated by colors depending on whether you will have dry cleaning, wash, iron and folded etc. Last but not least they gave me a nice and solid door metal hanger for my front door so that in future orders I can leave my items to collect hanging from the door and they will deliver and leave them back there. Well done My Butler!
I have been using MyButlerService for a while now and they are great, efficient and their delivery staff are always lovely! What exceeded my expectations is when I forgot my card holder which contained a lot of important cards in my coat’s pocket. I sent them an email the night I realized and they efficiently found the item the next morning! It was even placed inside a secure envelope with a “Safe and Secure” note! This is the only dry cleaning company I would ever trust with my stuff with and I recommend everyone else to do the same!
These guys pick up and deliver usually same time on the same days. You won’t have to leave your stuff out overnight or through the day - if home they will send a text when 5 mins away. Absolutely great service - seems a bit pricey but everything is folded and you are basically outsourcing at least an hour or more housework for a competive price. Thanking you guys

I've been using My Butler Service for 8 months now and it has been smooth sailing so far! As someone without a car, they have made my life MUCH EASIER. Pricing is a bit higher but considering the convenient and efficient service, it is worth it.
My Butler Service is very professional and punctual The cleaning is excellent quality The person who served me this time was James went all the way bringing up the clothes upstairs which meant a lot to me since I have a bad leg. Have had four orders with them so far, and its been so worth while. They message the day before and when they have picked up your clothes, as well as when they drop them off. With pictures as well. It's also a two-3 day turn around. Perfect service would highly recommend
Love the messaging aspect where MBS reminds me of when a pickup is due the day before, and also about an hour before the van arrives which is fantastic. In addition I receive a msg when when the finished ironing is about to be delivered. Cost is very reasonable and the ironing itself is excellent standard..
The delivery people are friendly and polite. All items I send (wash or iron or dry clean) come back so clean and fresh. They keep you informed of delays. As they pick and return it is time saving
