Wow! I thought this service would cost an arm and a leg. Turns out it's cheaper than using a store! Service was efficient, with reminders and notifications. Prices are fantastic. Delivery was excellent, with a very professional young man delivering my dry cleaning. The clothes came back clean, fresh and in excellent condition. And quick! Highly recommended

I'm happy with the service. There was an issue an issue with missing payment details for my first order and therefore the delivery supposed to be postpone for the next week. Brilliant service. Makes getting items dry-cleaned, pressed, and ironed so simple. MBS service was quick and efficient and their driver was so helpful on delivery, bringing the laundry into the house as she could see I was on crutches and would have struggled. Very pleased with this service and would highly recommend
I had a bunch of garments that needed to be dry cleaned and bedding that needed to be washed. The website was very easy to navigate and the process of booking was straightforward. Sian guided me through the process of preparing the garments for collection and was very respectful. She answered all my questions. The whole dry cleaning process was convenient and straightforward from leaving the garments outside my house, to the collection and then the delivery. I loved that I received a text message for pickup reminders and when the van was near my house. All garments were dry cleaned perfectly with no issues. Would highly recommend as it is such a convenient service with competitive pricing.
We use my butler service for ironing, and it's life changing taking this one chore off my plate! I love that you can opt in or out each week and you are reminded to put out clothes - all with text reminders, so no thought required. The other great thing is that there is no minimum number of items you can send through (they do have a small charge for pickup/drop off), which really suits us!
I've had nothing but top class service from My Butler Service. Its easy to arrange a pick up, clothes are cleaned to the highest possible standard and returned without fuss. On the very rare occasions anything goes wrong the staff go out of their way to rectify the situation. I could not recommend them more highly.
What an excellent service. Having a doona cover washed and ironed, plus various other items ironed, or drycleaned if requested is so good. It's so easy to leave out for collection Thursday and two days later returned - all done so extremely well. Thank you.
What a service!! Booked with ease Friday, collected Sunday and delivered Tuesday. That was 2x long coats, 1x short coat & 2 mini skirts for dry cleaning. Text & emails updates. And I never had to speak or see anyone! Thank you & I can’t wait for Winter to wear my clothes again!
Fantastic service. Just love it. Have had all my wet weather gear re waterproofed, pick and deliver all my laundry of doonas, dry cleaning, ironing. I just love it. One less thing I need to worry about. And the fact they sms me and ask if there is a pick up, means I don't even need to think about contacting them either. They do it all. Such a great service particularly for busy families.

Timely, swift service and very clear communication and quick hassle free honest dealings with phone contact and driver who picked up and delivered our linen covers. Most stains and marks removed.
