Designer Wear Service
All our Designer Wear work is performed in house by fully qualified and trained staff at our 900 square metre plant in Thornleigh.
We have extensive knowledge working with silks, cashmere, linen, satins and delicate fibres, heavily detailed hand-finished items, specialist skins, leathers and suedes and other high-end items. We consider the material, construction and detailing of each garment and use eco-friendly cleaning products to keep your precious items pristine.
With over 13 years experience in the business, our trusted team understand that designer garments differ in terms of their fabric and dye composition, cutting and stitching, and the chemical and physical character of the staining.
Designer Care Service
We recognise that acquisitions of high-end designer garments are made at considerable expense and represent a significant investment in quality and design.
It is with great pleasure that we announce our new Designer Care service.
This new service is perfectly suited for high-end designer garments that have been crafted with extreme attention to detail and finish, made from high-quality fabrics, delicate embroidery, or intricate beadwork.
This level of service is recommended by leading local fashion designers, as well as retailers of high-end Australian and international labels. Our Designer Care service includes several extra steps and provides your garments the most premium treatment.
Items manufactured by luxury designers must have a Designer Care surcharge as more delicate cleaning, hand finishing and handling is required.
The surcharge for Designer Care is $15 for items received for dry cleaning, and $5 for items received for our wash & iron service or ironing/pressing/steaming only.
Since inception we have serviced garments from over 10,000 brands.
The approximately 200 high-end designer brands below represent the top 2% and the very best in design, quality and craftsmanship. They are automatically placed through our Designer Care service line.
All our services include:

Book A Collection
Complete the booking form and schedule your pickup for the next available collection day.
We’ll confirm your booking with an sms message. We’re in your area at least twice a week so there’s plenty of choice.
Our standard turn around time is 48 hours.
Pick Up
We collect your garments/items from your doorstep or other chosen location.
In the event that there are no items left out for collection, we will call you before leaving empty handed.
An sms message will confirm the successful or failed collection immediately upon completion.
Cleaning
Using sensitive and environmentally responsible detergents your garments/items are cleaned in-house by our expertly trained staff.
All items are hand inspected prior to delivery.
Automated item tracking provides full accountability for all orders.
Delivery
We deliver back to your doorstep or other chosen location.
In the event that we are unable to deliver we will call you for instructions before leaving.
An email will confirm the successful or failed delivery and includes a detailed tax invoice.
