Formal Wear Service
All our formal wear work is performed in house by fully qualified and trained staff at our 500 square metre plant in Thornleigh.
We use only the best and gentlest chemicals, combined with the latest techniques because they are kind to beading, crystals, lace or jewellery embellishments.
We process every formal dress separately to avoid entanglements with other dresses.
Our gowns are inspected for any stains following the first wash. Once the dress has been washed to a high standard, it is steam pressed.

CLEANING
The particular method(s) used for dry cleaning your formal wear will depend on the following;
Any care labels or instructions from the designer / manufacturer
The structure, fabrics and design of your formal wear
The size, type and quantity of stains
The type and quantity of beading, trims and embellishments

How it Works
Book A Collection
Complete the booking form and schedule your pickup for the next available collection day.
We’ll confirm your booking with an sms message. We’re in your area at least twice a week so there’s plenty of choice.
Our standard turn around time is 48 hours.
Pick Up
We collect your garments/items from your doorstep or other chosen location.
In the event that there are no items left out for collection, we will call you before leaving empty handed.
An sms message will confirm the successful or failed collection immediately upon completion.
Cleaning
Using sensitive and environmentally responsible detergents your garments/items are cleaned in-house by our expertly trained staff.
All items are hand inspected prior to delivery.
Automated item tracking provides full accountability for all orders.
Delivery
We deliver back to your doorstep or other chosen location.
In the event that we are unable to deliver we will call you for instructions before leaving.
An email will confirm the successful or failed delivery and includes a detailed tax invoice.
