Complete the online booking form and arrange a pickup. We’ll send an SMS to confirm your booking. We visit your Bayview neighbourhood at least twice a week, making it easy for you to schedule your next available collection day.
- Collection
Our team will collect your clothes from your specified collection point. If no items are left for collection, they’ll get in touch with you. You’ll also receive an SMS confirming whether the pickup was successful.
- Dry Cleaning
We use eco-friendly cleaning agents and ensure professional cleaning standards. Before delivery, we conduct a thorough inspection of your garments. Our automated tracking system allows us to keep track of all orders.
- Delivery
Your clothes will be delivered to your doorstep or a location of your choice. We’ll also send an email confirming successful delivery, complete with a detailed invoice. If we’re unable to deliver, we’ll get in touch with you and provide instructions before leaving.

Our standard turn around time is 48 hours.
Pick Up
We collect your garments from your doorstep or other chosen location.
In the event that there are no items left out for collection, we will call you before leaving empty handed.
An sms message will confirm the successful or failed collection immediately upon completion.
Cleaning
Using sensitive and environmentally responsible detergents your garments are cleaned in-house by our expertly trained staff.
All garments are hand inspected prior to delivery.
Automated item tracking provides full accountability for all orders.
Delivery
We deliver back to your doorstep or other chosen location.
In the event that we are unable to deliver we will call you for instructions before leaving.
