Post Infection Cleaning Service
All our services are available for households that have contracted COVID-19.
If you or a member of your household have contracted COVID-19 and you/they are in self-isolation see our COVID-19 ISOLATION CLEANING guidelines.
If you or a member of your household have contracted COVID-19 and you/they are no longer in isolation it is important that you protect other family members, friends and the wider community that have not yet contracted COVID-19.
We recommend that as part of your deep clean process you consider the laundering/dry cleaning of all garments and other soft fabric items within the household that have been in close contact with the infected party during the isolation period.
If you are laundering and ironing at home, try to use separate laundry facilities to the ones used by those who are not in isolation (including other family members). If separate facilities are not available, you may wish to use a laundry service such as My Butler Service.
To help combat COVID-19 we have expanded our services.
If using My Butler Service, it is not necessary to separate items, as all items will be disinfected (see our Disinfection Services).
Simply place your items in your Shirt Butler VIP bags and leave them at your pick-up location ready for your contact-free collection.
How it Works
Book A Collection
Complete the booking form and schedule your pickup for the next available collection day.
We’ll confirm your booking with an sms message. We’re in your area at least twice a week so there’s plenty of choice.
Our standard turn around time is 48 hours.
Pick Up
We collect your garments/items from your doorstep or other chosen location.
In the event that there are no items left out for collection, we will call you before leaving empty handed.
An sms message will confirm the successful or failed collection immediately upon completion.
Cleaning
Using sensitive and environmentally responsible detergents your garments/items are cleaned in-house by our expertly trained staff.
All items are hand inspected prior to delivery.
Automated item tracking provides full accountability for all orders.
Delivery
We deliver back to your doorstep or other chosen location.
In the event that we are unable to deliver we will call you for instructions before leaving.
An email will confirm the successful or failed delivery and includes a detailed tax invoice.
